We are a privately owned and independent commercial finance brokerage which has been built on over 25 years commercial experience and a belief that personal service is vital in today’s complex world of finance.
We are here to meet the needs of businesses and to provide fast and professional advice for all your funding requirements.
Unlike many of our competitors Brooklands is not restricted to a limited panel of lenders but can source finance from the whole of the market.
Our offices are based in Woking in Surrey, but our clients are located throughout the country.

We strongly believe in long term customer relationships and our “can do” attitude allows us to arrange finance for all types of clients and their various financial requirements. Our strong client relationships demonstrate our high level of customer service. In order to accommodate the requirements of our clients we work with banks, building societies, finance houses, merchant banks and private lenders. We are able to arrange finance for acquisition, development, refinancing and financial restructuring.
We cover the full spectrum of commercial finance which allows us to take a holistic approach to our clients funding requirements.

We work with individuals, sole traders, partnerships and companies. We assist clients that are in start up situations as well as those that are firmly established. Our clients consist of businesses across the spectrum of commerce, including manufacturing, warehousing, retail, car dealerships, service industries, nursing homes, guest houses, hotels, night clubs, pubs, catering, construction, property, recruitment etc….
